1. A virtual session consists of 30-45 minute session where you walk me through your home via your phone or tablet and we review your wants and needs.  

2. I will follow up with a step-by-step detail of how to carry out the tasks.

3. A follow-up phone call will occur at our agreed upon time-frame so I can review your progress and add any finishing touch that may be required.
