1. Merry Welcome services are limited to what is legal and ethical.  We reserve the right to refuse any service not in the best interest of the company.

2. Rates do not include the cost of products, services or additional charges which may be incurred while performing the requested service.

3. Merry Welcome is not responsible for purchases from 3rd party vendors.

4. Payment is due upon receipt of the service request.

5. Services are scheduled on a first come/first serve basis.  Advance notification is highly recommended.

6. Merry Welcome is insured and licensed.

 

 

 

 

 

• Flat Fee hourly rate

• Home Staging varies per site

• Minimum of 3 hours

• Required notification 24 hours

• Cancellation Fee w/o 24 hour notice:  50%

• Mileage Fee: 1st 20 miles free/.58 mile thereafter

• Purchase Plan:  Cost + time
