master bedroom	master bedroom this is smaller than i am accustomed. it's a tight fit but works pretty well.
master bathroom gotta have a soaking tub	master bath i installed a chandelier to match sconces and oversize mirrors above vanity
master bath not a bad size	powder room i removed the vanity which took up too much space and installed a floating sink/counter
powder room from blah to ahh. had to give a nod to nashville with the music themed paper	powder room not boring any more

This is the first time I bought a brand new home. It certainly wasn't my intent but the housing market in Nashville was such a seller's market and inventory was low. This house and neighborhood seemed to fit MOST of my needs. I wanted a single story, but that didn't happen. I typically like to buy older homes and make them my own through rehab. However, in my last house I priced myself right out of the market, so maybe this was a wiser move...
