A Blank Space

When I first moved into my current home, almost a year (8/3/2015!!!!) ago, I have to admit that I wasn't a real fan of the built-in niches. My immediate intent was to get rid of them. Yet, I gave myself time to become familiar with my surroundings. And, also for the sake of sparing the budget, I decided to live with what I could and make the best of it. I must say, though, I love my new linen closet. This niche seemed to be for a piece of art. I am not really a collector of art or sculpture. So after having a few moments, of "hmm" and chin scratching. I came up with the perfect solution for the space. Since it was right outside of my guest bath, what better spot could there be for a linen closet. I think it worked out beautifully. Don't you?

So, the next time you have a blank space that you just don't know how to fill, settle in. Settle down. The answer will come. Don't be afraid to think outside the box!
