I am so excited to go through this journey with you.  As we go along this path, I plan to post on a frequent basis. I don't want you to get bored, but at the same time I also don't want to bombard you with postings.  Because to be honest, I'm kinda private.  A woman of few words.  But with that being said, my topics might range from the personal, to decorating, to my experience with recent services and purchases, all the way to general musings on life.  I do hope that you will want to come back for more!  Thanks so much for stopping by.

Make your bed



Like so many others, my screen time during the pandemic has significantly increased. I almost felt like I was experiencing symptoms of ADHD. So much info was directed at me and I wanted to do it all! I was glad when I stumbled upon a webinar by @jimkwik. He is the author of the book 📚 Limitless. In the prelude, he tells you to get ready to *master your habits, *unleash productivity, *tap into boundless motivation, *eluminate mental fog, *sharpen your focus, and *learn anything. Sold! He preaches the importance of a morning routine and quotes @tonyrobbins that “the science of momentum” demonstrates that once you set accomplishment in motion, you keep it in motion with much less effort than if you were trying to accomplish something from a standing start. Mom was right. Make your bed. It is not only aesthetically pleasing, but will set the tone for the day. Myself, I love throwing back the covers when it’s time to end my day (and personally I love a bed with crisp, clean sheets). #makeyourbed #kwikbrain #dailyhabits#organized #tidy
