Like so many others, my screen time during the pandemic has significantly increased. I almost felt like I was experiencing symptoms of ADHD. So much info was directed at me and I wanted to do it all! I was glad when I stumbled upon a webinar by @jimkwik. He is the author of the book ๐ Limitless. In the prelude, he tells you to get ready to *master your habits, *unleash productivity, *tap into boundless motivation, *eluminate mental fog, *sharpen your focus, and *learn anything. Sold! He preaches the importance of a morning routine and quotes @tonyrobbins that โthe science of momentumโ demonstrates that once you set accomplishment in motion, you keep it in motion with much less effort than if you were trying to accomplish something from a standing start. Mom was right. Make your bed. It is not only aesthetically pleasing, but will set the tone for the day.
